Connect an AI assistant to Braintion
Link ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI assistant that supports remote MCP servers to your Braintion workspace. Once connected, the assistant can look up your businesses, deals, contacts and tasks — and create follow-up tasks — acting as you, with the same access you already have.

https://braintion.com/mcpYou'll be asked to sign in to Braintion and approve the connection the first time.
Connect
- 1Open ChatGPT settings → Connectors and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If the option is missing, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
- 2Open the new connector dialog.
- 3Enter Braintion as the name and paste the connection URL above.
- 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connector), then click Create.
- 5Enable Braintion from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.
Refresh after Braintion changes
Assistants remember what Braintion could do when they first connected. After we ship updates, refresh the connection to pick up the latest.
- 1Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select Braintion.
- 2Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
- 3ChatGPT can't change an existing connector's URL — if the URL above changed, delete the connector and add it again.
- 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Braintion.
