Braintion ("we", "us") provides a sales workspace for MENA teams. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For an enterprise data processing agreement, contact privacy@braintion.com.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, workspace, role, and authentication identifiers.
• Customer data — contacts, deals, messages, files, and configuration you store in Braintion.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
• Integration data — tokens and metadata required to connect WhatsApp, email, calendars, and other tools you authorize.

How we use data

Customer data supports workspace features, research and AI-assisted workflows. Data-processing terms and provider settings need review for your use case; this page does not establish a blanket no-training or anonymized-benchmark guarantee.

Storage & security

Workspace data is subject to access controls. Contact us for current hosting, security and processing details. Hybrid sovereign deployment is planned and subject to architecture review and customer requirements; regional residency and certification are not guaranteed.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from workspace settings. Requests to privacy@braintion.com are handled within 30 days.
