Overview

Braintion ("we", "us") provides a sales workspace for MENA teams. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For an enterprise data processing agreement, contact privacy@braintion.com.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email, workspace, role, and authentication identifiers.
• Customer data — contacts, deals, messages, files, and configuration you store in Braintion.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
• Integration data — tokens and metadata required to connect WhatsApp, email, calendars, and other tools you authorize.

How we use data

We use customer data solely to operate the workspace for your team. We do not sell customer data and we do not train shared AI models on your private content. Aggregated, anonymized benchmarks may be produced where k-anonymity is preserved.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security isolates each workspace. Regional hosting (EU/GCC) and SSO/SAML are available on Enterprise plans.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from workspace settings. Requests to privacy@braintion.com are handled within 30 days.
