Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an Braintion workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from workspace settings. Annual plans are non-refundable for partial periods.

Acceptable use

• Comply with applicable WhatsApp, email, telephony, and data-protection laws.
• Do not send spam, scams, or content that violates platform policies.
• Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, rate limits, or security controls.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your customer data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

AI features

AI-generated drafts (messages, content, summaries) are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before sending to customers.

Termination

We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braintion's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
